Basic concepts

He knows his shapes, colours and numbers. He has good language and memory skills. Eoghan can hold a conversation with adults and children both in a group and one to one.

Fine and Gross Motor Skills

Eoghan enjoys using jigsaws, bricks and playdough. He handles pens, brushes and crayons with confidence. I haven't seen him at gym day but during outdoor play he enjoys running around and using bikes and scooters.

Arts and Crafts

He really enjoys this subject. He has a good imagination and is creative. He volunteers readily to join in.

Social Behaviour

He plays well on his own and with other children. He behaves well at the snack table. He can now use the toilet and wash his hands on his own.

Overall Comment

Eoghan is a pleasant well behaved boy. For a while he would say "I can't do it on my own" refering to washing hands or using the toilet but with some encouragement it didn't take long for him to do things on his own. I shall miss him when he goes to nursery. I'm sure he will do well. (Good luck Eoghan)
