After our excursion to Girona we fancied a quieter day today, closer to home. In the morning I went to Carrefour for what would probably be our last proper shopping trip for food as we are into our last week now. Just enough ingredients for one last rissoto, stir-fry and for tonight a fideuà with chickpeas.

Nevertheless after enjoying our fideuà, we decided to cover up and head out for the evening with Malgrat de Mar once again the destination. We stopped off at the New Crown and Anchor for a couple of drinks after a wee stroll round the town to ensure we had exceeded our 10,000 steps for the day.
